We all get better at making a difference when we make time to reflect and digest what we have done already.
Reflection might look like us taking time to make sense of an action we have been part of, but it can also include taking stock of what we are learning from public life more broadly.
In a new fortnightly podcast on the ChangeMakers channel called the ChangeMakers Digest – Amanda Tattersall is joined by Samuel Chu, a US community organiser who you meet in Conscious Tribes (Chapter 5) – where they take a topic or experience and “digest it” chewing it over together to draw out what it is teaching them.
These conversations are fairly unfiltered and the point of them isn’t to foster agreement (either between us or with you). The goal is to demonstrate how we can sharpen how we make a difference by drawing lessons from our big and small experiences everyday.
ChangeMakers Digest releases every fortnight on a Thursday. You can find out more here, or listen via the ChangeMakers Podcast channel on all the podcast apps.
